FAQs

What if I need to cancel or change time/date?

Our payment terms are full payment by 8 weeks before the booking. Cancellations can be refunded up to 14 days before the booking minus a 10% admin charge.

We will do our best to accommodate an alternative day or time, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Is our information secure?

Any information, including photographs you supply to us, will be secure and not shared with anyone and will be deleted after a 2-month period after the event. We may ask to include some photos/videos on our website but will always seek your permission first.

Can we take photos during the visit?

Of course you can! Photos and videos are all very welcome. If you would like to upload them to social media, please always include a credit to “Santa in Person”. If there are any pictures you would like to include in a review on our website, we would be delighted to have them!

My child is autistic – are you able to manage that?

I am experienced in dealing with SEN children and managing difficult issues (e.g. family bereavement and terminal illness). In such cases, a prior phone call would be important to understand the nature of the issue. We aim that our visit becomes an uplifting time and offer some positivity in such difficult situations

Do you provide gifts?

Gifts are supplied by the person/family booking. Given prior knowledge, we can arrange for me to have the gifts put into my sack as I arrive. Please note that gifts should not be much more than shoe box sized so I can carry them discreetly!

Can you do video messages or live video calls?

Yes, of course! We can cover both of these but a "live" meeting makes a more magical event. But we appreciate  sometimes distance makes a personal visit difficult. We can cover almost all of what we do in person.
